This Privacy Policy explains how the Life Maid Easier QuickBooks Online integration (the "Application") handles data. The Application is a single-tenant, internal-use integration operated by Life Maid Easier against our own QuickBooks Online company; it has no external end users.

Data we access

With your authorization, the Application accesses accounting data from the Life Maid Easier QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official APIs — for example company information, customers, invoices, payments, and expense records needed for profit-and-loss and per-cleaning profitability reporting. The Application does not access data from any other QuickBooks company.

How we use data

Accessed data is used solely to generate internal accounting reports and profitability metrics for Life Maid Easier. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we store and secure data

OAuth tokens and any cached accounting data are held only as needed to operate the integration. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to systems handling QuickBooks data is restricted to authorized Life Maid Easier personnel.

Sharing

We do not share QuickBooks Online data with third parties except Intuit (the source of the data) and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the Application, and only as required to provide the service.

Retention and revocation

You may revoke the Application's access at any time from within QuickBooks Online or via our disconnect page. When access is revoked, the Application stops accessing the company's data and its stored tokens are invalidated.
